To Save HTML Tutorial to your PC do the following - 

1.
First create a folder called 'Cataloguer Tutorials' in your PC's 'My Documents' folder.
2. With the Tutorial Webpage in question open, go to the top toolbar of the browser (ie. Internet Explorer) and chose 'File-Save as'
3. In the Window that opens (that's a location inside your PC, normally 'My Documents' folder), locate the 'Cataloguer Tutorials' folder created in 1., open it
4. With this folder open, name the tutorial anything you want in the 'name' text field of the window and click 'save'.
